You guys are back at it with the happy hour requests and I love it. Specifically, you wanted something in Williamsburg. So I’m coming at you with a fabulous happy hour and then a spot you can go to for dinner after! Don’t forget, you can submit your NYC requests on Friday in our stories on Instagram.
While I previously recommended Le Crocodile in the Wythe Hotel for their apéro hour, it’s been a bitch to get into. Surprisingly, Bar Blondeau, their sister bar on the 6th floor with sweeping views of the city, has not. And most importantly, along with those views comes a stellar $11 martini from 5-7pm. Eleven. Dollars. It’s unheard of folks!
After having your fancy cocktails in Williamsburg, why not jump on the L six stops to Union Pizza Works for dinner? I’ve previously recommended this spot but on a recent visit, it was even better than remembered. I can not stop thinking about the rigatoni special I got and the whole place feels casual in the best way possible. No elbowing for tables, no long waits, just delicious pizza and drinks in Bushwick.
