How the process works
1. Get to know YOU
We’ll send you our They Had Fun questionnaire, so we can get to know you and your interests better.
In the questionnaire you can let us know everything from your budget to your favorite cuisines to preferred modes of transportation.
2. Research/Planning
Now that we know more about you, we’ll start planning your fully customized day.
Given our extensive knowledge of New York City, we’ll take your preferences into consideration and hand-pick destinations just for you. We’ll be sure to leave room for exploration along the route, as that’s one of the best things about this town!
3. Your Curated Day
After we’ve created your perfect day or night in NYC, we’ll send you a personalized PDF guide, custom Google Map with directions, and suggestions along the route we think you’ll enjoy.
If you’ve added on the Reservation package, we’ll include times and confirmations.
4. Have fun!
With your custom itinerary you’re ready to have an incredible New York City experience!
And we’ll be available throughout your day to help with anything you need.

FAQs
How many stops does a Curated Day have?
We like to offer four stops and one suggestion along the route. But we can also offer three stops for guests who prefer their day to go at a slower pace.
How long is a Curated Day?
While every day is adaptable and customized to each client, we find most people like their day to be around eight hours long. For some that might mean brunch at 1pm, walking, a museum at 3pm, drinks at 5pm, and dinner at 7pm. For others, coffee at 8am, neighborhood strolls, breakfast at 10am, shopping, and a late lunch at 2pm. Most of all, we want to make sure you enjoy your day exactly how you want.
What if I don't like my Curated Day?
Oh no, we want you to have as much fun in NYC as possible! So, all Curated Days come with one revision included and an optional 15-minute Zoom meeting to discuss any concerns or questions you have. Not to toot our own horn, but changes are almost never requested 😎.
Do I have to take the subway?
Of course not! But we do recommend it. The subway is one of the fastest, cheapest, and best ways to get around the city. But each day is catered to our client’s personal preferences and there are options for multiple modes of transportation in New York City.
