There have been so many incredible art gallery shows opening in the city recently it’s almost hard to keep up! But don’t worry, Rachel’s Recs is back this week to give you some great ideas of how to have fun in the city.

While every show this multi-location art gallery puts on is excellent, their current show, Painting in New York: 1971–83, is incredible. An all-women artists show, it includes an array of mediums and showcases artists that were possibly overlooked. Can’t stress this enough, go see this show.

Dosa Delight

Delicious Indian food in Jackson Heights. I LOVE their Pondicherry dosa and it packs the spice. The room isn’t anything to write home about but that’s not what you’re here for. You’re here for authentic food and excellent service!
