A Curated Day in Long Island City
This week on Rachel’s Recs we thought it would be fun to give you an idea of what a Curated Day made by us can be like! So this is for the client who wants to do outer boroughs, prefers walking, like art and classic NYC.
Concept Coffee
Start your day off here and fuel up with their delicious drinks and snacks. And it’s right across the street from…
The Cliffs LIC
Rockclimbging at The Cliffs! This is a great activity to do with friends, a date, visitors, or anyone! This place is so massive, it’s wild it exists in New York City, so prepared to be wowed. You can buy a day pass and spend as much time there as you want. And bonus, you don’t get too sweaty.
Levante
A little walk east brings you to Levante to relax and have an apertivo at the beautiful, casual bar. They also have some delicious snacks if you’ve built up an appetite.
MoMa PS1
Right next door and home to some of the best contemporary art in the city, MOMA PS1 is a new york institution. This building used to be an old public school and there are multiple exhibits across multiple floors. A personal fav museum in the city.
Manducatis
It’s finally dinner time and classic red sauce Italian in Queens is in order! Walk a few blocks down Jackson Ave. to Manducatis and get some penne alla vodka and a martini. 🍝🍸
Don’t forget you can have a custom New York City itinerary just like this, made specifically for you with our Curated Days!
