Pebble Bar & Keen’s
Ok, I’m officially on a budget after this month! And that’s mostly because I threw the most spectacular 40th birthday for my husband in NYC. So, because your request was for a good spot to get drinks before dinner at Keen’s and because it fit in perfectly with my luxury theme this week, we’re doing both of the spots from his bday. We started our night off right with the private event floor, Johnny’s, at Pebble Bar. Passed apps, seafood towers, and fancy cocktails made this the perfect place to start our fancy NYC night. Although it’s in the thick of Rockefeller Center, it feels like a bit of a secret…
Keen’s
We then walked 10 blocks south to the NYC institution, Keen’s. I love this place. I can barely eat anything on their menu but it’s just perfect. And their martini. And their bar. And again, the private room we had… what a lucky guy my husband is ;)
