Our first listener’s choice Rachel’s Recs was a great success, I loved all of the requests but one stuck out… things to do with kids! There are always so many fun activities to do in New York City with kids but not all of them are worth your time and money. But this one is! And to keep the holidays in New York City theme going, our second recommendation is a great place to find your tree. The New York Botanical Garden’s Holiday Train Show is so festive and lovely. This event is wonderful kids and adults- get yourself some hot cocoa(or spiked hot cocoa) and anjoy all the beautiful designs and recreations of New York City landmarks.
This is THE place to buy your Christmas tree in New York City! The staff, trees, and costs will all exceed your expectations. You may need a car to get there but maybe like myself you have a very kind friend who will lend you theirs? Or who knows, maybe you can lug it onto the MTA bus 😂.
